Default Trusted forum member for watch repair

The keyless works is messed up on my 6497 swiss PAM. It will wind, but not set the time. It won't engage into the time setting position. I'm not sure if I want to try and fix it myself.

Is there a forum member I can trust to send my watch to? My old guy, Chris Salay with CLS watch doesn't appear to be in business anymore.

Or if anyone knows a local to Philadelphia place, that would be great.

I tried, it didn't work! It wouldn't "catch" the crown to pull it to the setting position. It winds fine though.

Digging up an old thread, the need for repair however would remain relevant always.

Repair and sending to CONUS is not a very doable option for me, as I am located in the Middle East. Were we ever able to find out the repair with a trusted service/member located in China.

I have an old Tag Calibre 16 Day Date Auto Chrono which needs some serious overhaul and part repair/replacement. I need to resurrect this one, since the new V2 rep of the this watch is factually incorrect with a horrid mistake of Calibe 1887 engraving on the rotor, going against the model series.

Can anyone guide me to a repair service/forum member from whom I can get more info and a possible estimate.

    Thanks.
