Looks really good mate, I love vintage watches, I think I'm going to have to try get an Mbw case and start collecting parts to build a 1680 or 5512 next.

Vintage is a whole different world, lots of modding options and parts. Most of my watches are vintage. I have two 16610's an MBW and a TC, and I have a SSD, all the rest of my watches are vintage Rolex or Tudor. I don't have a single example of this generation but I would like to get a moddable ceramic GMT someday.

Love the too wide strap! Awesome look. Now I wish I had done that with my ball glove strap instead of sizing it properly:-)
I'm rocking this today on blue rubberb. It tried to tell me it's not a sports watch but I said no Mr dd2, you have a numeral dial and a smooth bezel. You look good on rubber.
