Thread: Linde Werdelin spidolite is repped!

Gen strap is a bit thicker at the lug ends, the fiber pattern is smaller on gen, my green stitch was a bit off, but the biggest difference are the screws on the strap itself and the case screws they are miles away. Taking in account the cost of a gen strap at about $ 600 the rep is acceptable, I just didnt like the green stitch and got the gen strap cheep. I also have a black croc on the way from smp.

Just on the strap, seems to be good quality although showing some signs of wear with the outer part coming off from the inner covering. Will monitor over the next week or so

SMP's work is indeed top notch. I believe initially that he opted to construct the insert at the lug ends but to omit the top screws. Is that still the case for your straps?
