Default single or double deployant clasp

Hi, I have a very nice ostritch strap and propose fitting a deployant clasp. I have small wrists and need the clasp to be as thin as possible when sitting on my wrist. I have read that the single fold clasp is thinner on the wrists whilst the double is thicker but is more comfortable. I would appreciate opinions please. Thanks jack.
