So it arrived and the first impressions are... WOW! DSN did it again, it looks awesome, OK not 100% accurate but then again which replica is 100% accurate anyways. I can tell you though its pretty darn close and it looks stunning.

Well I just got a couple of quick wristies to tease you guys cause time is running short but I'll do some more picture taking soon, so for now enjoy the DSN FF.

It came with 2 straps, the one on the last picture and the one pictured on DSN's photos, a carbon fibre pattern one.

realreplica: Beautiful watch. This design, along with the Tornek-Rayville, was on my top three shortlist when I was choosing my own DSN Fifty Fathoms. I ended up going with the '53 Lip-Blancpain design (which I'm very happy with), but I love the triangle patterns on yours. It recalls the old Blancpains you pictured, as well as other classic diver dials e.g. the JLC Polaris.

The Precista PRS-50B also has a similar layout.

How does it stack up size wise to a 44mm PAM?

Heard comments it wears small though in some on the wrist shots looks almost as large a PAM without CG.

Almost picked up the gen FF re-issue for $8k recently but went with the JLC instead.

Its a thick enough watch so doesn't wear too small, I'd say it wears somewhere in between a Rolex Sub and a 44mm PAM, although it may look smaller due to the small size of the dial itself, the bezel is quite thick.
I personally have large wrists and like big watches but this wears very comfortable and it doesn't wear too small.

I'll do a size comparison with my 111 and my Sub when I get a chance to take more pics so you can have an idea.

Cheers mate, appreciate it. Always loved the FF and realised I prefered the vintage ones more than the modern when I finally had the chance to own one.

The only thing I really like better in the newer one is the size that is 45mm other than that I too preffer the vintage ones.

I took this photo a while back, and it might be helpful:

I have small wrists and a Luminor is right on the limit of what I can wear without looking ridiculous. The Blancpain is not quite there, but that may be due to the lack of CG.
